We’re big animal lovers at Over The Moo. This November we’re teaming up with the Coalition for the Protection of Racehorses to raise awareness and funds campaigning against the terrible treatment of horses in the racing industry. After all, it’s not only the cows that need a holiday!

Who is the Coalition for the Protection of Racehorses?

Since 2008, the Coalition for the Protection of Racehorses (CPR) has been working hard to highlight the inherent cruelty of the racing industry to bring about positive change for our horse friends involved.

 

Through their investigations, campaigns, lobbying and public education, they have made a HUGE impact on the racing industry, who before their existence had operated for over 150 years without any accountability for the horses they couldn’t operate without.
